Refund policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Devsignal Core enrollments confirmed by invoice.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when cancellation meets the timeframes below and materials have not been substantially consumed. “Substantially consumed” means more than 25% of recorded modules unlocked or attendance at more than one live session, whichever occurs first.
Timeframe
Full refund: written cancellation at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Partial refund of 50%: cancellation between 13 and 5 days before start. After that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Devsignal Core cancels the program.
Non-refundable items
Custom scenario design fees, on-site travel prepaid at cost, and third-party exam vouchers (if any are bundled by special arrangement) are non-refundable once work has begun or tickets are issued.
Refund process
Email info@devsignal-core.digital with your invoice number, learner name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add additional days depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Devsignal Core
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of course fees paid. We are not responsible for incidental travel you booked independently.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandated employer travel may qualify for goodwill credits even outside the standard window, at our discretion. Credits are typically valid for 12 months.
